Personalized To-do List and Timeline:

Individualized to-do list with equally spaced items, which unable you to tackle the planning with ease and without falling behind with your planning.

Monthly follow-up from consultant to ensure the planning proceeds according to plan, with advice as needed to complete tasks.

Budget Preparation

Face to face meeting to determine a realistic budget for ceremony, reception, honeymoon, and additional wedding-related parties

Enables prioritization of categories and realistic money saving tips. (Research will be done before the meeting so that price ranges are accurately assumed.)

Budget Coaching

Unlimited emails and phone calls regarding budget throughout the wedding planning process

Includes help negotiating with vendors, staying within determined budget, and ideas for saving money

Before committing to any vendor or price, call or email to keep your spending on track for several reasons: to ensure that you’re paying within a standard range for a service, for possible additional negotiation with a vendor, and to help you make logical decisions regarding spending.

Planning Advice/Vendor Negotiation

Unlimited emails and phone calls from the couple to the consultant regarding overall planning advice (includes one outside meeting with vendors or at reception site)

Vendor referrals, assistance with various questions and details regarding vendors, and vendor negotiations

Planning Assistance/Coaching

Unlimited emails and phone calls regarding planning and vendors throughout the wedding planning process

Up to five meetings at any location, including off-site for help with vendor selection

Vendor referrals, assistance with various questions and details, and unlimited phone calls on the bride and groom’s behalf during the planning process.

(Please note that this is an “assistant” planning and coaching service, and not a full planning service—consultant is available to handle tasks delegated by the bride and groom, rather than initiating tasks.)

Reception Location Coaching

Ideas for reception locations

Meetings at up to two reception sites with bride and groom

Reception Location Research & Selection

Assistance with sourcing ideas for reception location

Research for locations (up to ten sites researched), meetings at up to six reception sites with bride and groom, and negotiation once site is selected.

Rehearsal Dinner or Engagement Party Planning

Includes at least one in-office meeting with consultant to discuss rehearsal dinner vision, in addition to phone calls during which the starred* items are discussed, and one out-of-office meeting at chosen venue

Planning of Rehearsal Dinner or Engagement Party

Includes:

Site selection and negotiation*

Menu selection*

Any additional decoration, such as centerpieces**

Invitation design**

Assistant consultant on-site for approximately five hours

Day-of Responsibilities Include:

Oversee direction of schedule of events


Day-of vendor coordination

Bouquet, corsage and boutonnière coordination

Delivery of non-vendor items to ceremony or reception (such as programs, ceremonial objects, toasting glasses, cake and knife set, etc.)

Set-up coordination (flowers, decorations, table settings, gift and cake table, musicians, DJ, etc.)

Ceremony Coordination (ushering and hosting of guests before and after ceremony, overseeing of assigned ushers, organizing bridal party’s entrance/processional)

Photography Coordination (ensuring all family and bridal party members are organized and ready for photos, and that photos are completed on time)

Reception Coordination (organization and introduction of bridal party, receiving line, cocktail hour, seating for dinner, toasts, cake-cutting, first dance, bouquet and garter toss, etc.)

Band or DJ direction, including announcements and proper name pronunciation

Bridal Party emergency kit on-site

Additional Complimentary services available with Package:

Assistance with floor plan and seating arrangements

Advisement of table cards, programs, and menu cards

Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities day-of

Full Wedding Planning and Coordination

Consultant handles all aspects of wedding planning, including research & meetings with all vendors (client’s approval required to book vendors and make final decisions)

Unlimited phone calls, emails, in-office and off-site meetings regarding the ceremony and reception plans

Consultant follows an appropriate planning timeframe, guiding the client through the planning process, and is available to the bride and groom through all aspects of planning, excluding other bridal parties (such as showers and rehearsal dinner)

All vendor research & selection

Day-of Coordination

For the vendor selections, consultant will plan multiple meetings in one day to save time for clients; if the clients live out of town, the consultant will shuttle them to and from various meeting during their stay.

Includes regularly scheduled updates and “action steps” laid out for client to promote smooth communication
