Set-up coordination (flowers, decorations, table settings, gift and cake table, musicians, DJ, etc.)
Ceremony Coordination (ushering and hosting of guests before and after ceremony, overseeing of assigned ushers, organizing bridal party’s entrance/processional)
Photography Coordination (ensuring all family and bridal party members are organized and ready for photos, and that photos are completed on time)
Reception Coordination (organization and introduction of bridal party, receiving line, cocktail hour, seating for dinner, toasts, cake-cutting, first dance, bouquet and garter toss, etc.)
Band or DJ direction, including announcements and proper name pronunciation
Bridal Party emergency kit on-site

Day-of Coordination
For the vendor selections, consultant will plan multiple meetings in one day to save time for clients; if the clients live out of town, the consultant will shuttle them to and from various meeting during their stay.
Includes regularly scheduled updates and “action steps” laid out for client to promote smooth communication
